Danny O'Neal McAlister, 42, of 4950 Knighton Chapel Road died Saturday, July 29, 2006, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Mr. McAlister was born Sept. 22, 1963, in Greenville, to Dannie O'Neal McAlister and Carolyn Craigo McAlister. He was a member of Durbin Creek Baptist Church and worked as a pipe fitter with Stover Mechanical.
Surviving, in addition to his parents of the home, are four sons, Barry McAlister of Fountain Inn, Daniel McAlister and his wife, Mary Elizabeth, of Greenville, and Devin McAlister of Greenville;and Jeffrey McAlister of Fountain Inn; two brothers, Jeff McAlister of Cross Anchor and Patrick McAlister and his wife, Ginger, of Fountain Inn; two sisters, Debra McAlister of Woodruff, and Mamie Hall and her husband, Johnny, of Greenville; a special niece and nephew, Miranda and Wesley McAlister; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Fletcher Funeral Service.
Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Wednesday in the Chapel of Fletcher Funeral Service, officiated by the Rev. Don Stephens. Burial will be in Cannon Memorial Park.
The family is at the home of Dan and Carolyn McAlister, 4950 Knighton Chapel Road in Fountain Inn.
