Jason R. Switzer 36 of Blakeslee died on Friday Jan. 29, 2016 in the Geisinger Community Medical Center Scranton. Born in Perth Amboy, N.J. He was the son of Robert Switzer of Philadelphia and Elise (Wall) Switzer of Blakeslee.
Jason resided in the Northeastern, Pa. areas throughout the years. He was employed as a professional DJ/musician and carpenter all of his life. He was of the catholic faith.
In addition to his parents he is survived by a daughter Alexa Switzer of Blakeslee, step daughter Desirae Hoover, and brother Jesse P. Switzer of Stroudsburg, Pa.
A celebration of Jason’s life will be held on Saturday Feb. 6, 2016 at 11:00am from the Joseph J. Pula Funeral Home Inc. 232 N. 9th. St. Stroudsburg, Pa. The family will receive friends from 10:00am until the time of the services at the funeral home.
