Frank E. Fischer, 72, of Butler, Pennsylvania, passed away on Wednesday, January 27, 2016 at his residence.
He was born August 14, 1943 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to the late Edward J. Fischer and Mildred Ada (Garver) Fischer.
He was Lutheran by faith. He resided with his second family through the Arc of Butler County for over 30 years.
He is survived by two sisters, Rose Moore of Karns City, PA, and Shirley Doherty of Pittsburgh, PA; and a number of nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three sisters, Nancy Marino, Helen Timmons, and JoAnn Landers.
Private burial in the Mt. Royal Cemetery in Glenshaw, PA.
