Jean M. Stark, 81, of Fawn Township, died Thursday, Jan. 28, 2016, at Allegheny Valley Hospital, Natrona Heights.

Jean was born Nov. 10, 1934, in Natrona Heights, to the late Henry and Edna Jean (Bachman) Thiemann.

She was a graduate of Tarentum High School, class of 1951.

Jean was a homemaker and also a bookkeeper for the JP Stark and Son Company, Fawn Township.

She was a member of the Millerstown United Methodist Church and enjoyed knitting, sewing, reading and spending time with her family.

Jean is survived by her husband of 62 years, her children, six grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Geraldine Colangeli.

Friends are invited from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 31, 2016, to the Robert Peters Funeral Home Inc., 1521 Freeport Road, Natrona Heights, PA, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 1, 2016.

A private burial will follow at Lakewood Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
