Memorial services for Christopher Clayton Cupp, 30, of Tuttle, were held Wednesday, 3/4/2009, in the First Assembly of God church in Tuttle.
Christopher Clayton Cupp was born 6/30/1978 in San Diego, CA, and died 2/27/2009. Christopher moved to Gage, OK in 1994 and had lived in Tuttle for about 5 years. He & Keri Lee Taylor were married 9/30/2000 in Norman. Christopher worked as directional driller in the oilfield. He loved his wife and children and enjoyed baseball and the oilfield. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ted & Phyllis Ehlers, Carl Corley, and Bill Cupp.
Survivors include his wife, Keri of the home in Tuttle, and 3 children, Corey, Cameron, & Connor, all of the home, his mother, Peggy Purgason & husband Gillis of Gage, father, Curtis Cupp of San Diego, Ca, 2 sisters, Amanda Cupp of Gage, OK, and Emily Purgason of Gage, 1 brother, Sean Douglass of Gage, and 3 step-brothers, David Purgason & Brian Purgason, both of Shattuck, and Stephen Purgason of Colorado Springs, CO, his grandmother, Joyce Corley of San Diego, CA, 2 sisters-in-law, Dana McQuigg of Tuttle & Jodi Jones of Gage, mother-in-law, Trevia Taylor of Shawnee, and father-in-law, Jackie Taylor & Betty of Gage. Services were under direction of Sevier Funeral home of Tuttle.
