Sally Catherine Morgan, 55, of Spelter, formerly of Fairmont, passed away on Friday, January 29, 2016 at United Hospital Center in Clarksburg. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio on August 20, 1960 a daughter of the late Charles West and Betty (Shinn) West.
Sally was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and homemaker. She loved doing crafts and enjoyed cooking for her family.
She is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, Donald Morgan; two daughters, Cathy Hutchson and her husband Daniel of Florida and Donetta Lambert and her husband Mike of Huntington; and six grandchildren. Also surviving is her brother, Erik West and his wife April of Pleasant Valley and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Sally was preceded in death by a brother, Charles West and a sister, Kellie West.
