Naomi L. (Adams) Ceballos, 89, of Brush, Colorado, formerly of Lexington, passed away Monday, January 25, 2016, at Eben Ezer Lutheran Care Center in Brush.

Naomi was born June 18, 1926, near Overton, Nebraska, to E. Noble and Julia Leola (Jones) Adams. She attended school and graduated from Platte Valley Academy in Shelton, Nebraska.

She was united in marriage to Mose Ceballos on June 19, 1946, in Kansas. The marriage was blessed with three children; Randy, Tammy, and Pam. Naomi attended business school in North Platte, and worked as a secretary for Lexington Rendering Company until her retirement.

Naomi enjoyed sewing and researching Genealogy. She was a longtime member of the Nebraska Genealogy Society in Lexington. She loved going to the library, museum, and collecting family history wherever she could find it. In 2006, she moved to Brush, Colorado to be near her daughter, Tammy.

Survivors include one son; Randy Ceballos of Nashville, Tennessee; one daughter, Tammy (Jack) Ward of Brush, Colorado; seven grandchildren; many great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson; three brothers; Virgil (Louise) Adams of Enterprise, Kansas, Kenneth (Juanita) Adams of Quenemo, Kansas, and Gary (Deronda) Adams of Knoxville, Tennessee; two sisters, Madeline Richardson of Gibbon, Nebraska, and Judith Adams of Lincoln, Nebraska; brother-in-law, Richard Clark of O¡¦Kemah, Oklahoma; many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Naomi was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, two sisters, Donna Clark, Virginia (Carl) Engler; and longtime companion Jack Ward.

A Register Book Signing and Visiting with family time will be held Tuesday, February 2, 2016, from 5-7 p.m. at the Reynolds-Love Chapel in Lexington. Naomi¡¦s casket will be closed.

Graveside Service will be Wednesday, February 3, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. at Greenwood Cemetery in Lexington.

Memorials are suggested to the family.
