Vicki was born January 25, 1949, in Washington, Iowa, the daughter of Orin and Ruth (Martin) Carr. She graduated from Highland High School in 1967. Vicki was united in marriage to Robert “Dean” Bailey on November 20, 1971.
Vicki worked at McCleery Cumming Calendar Factory in Washington for thirty years and later worked at the University of Iowa Hospital for ten years. She was very active with Boy Scout Troop 242. She enjoyed gardening and working with her flowers. Vicki enjoyed traveling and spending time with her grandchildren.
Vicki was preceded in death by her father in 2001 and son, Steven Bailey in 2013.
