Jason Alan Lewis, 32, Middletown, died Friday January 22, 2016 at his home from a traumatic brain injury he suffered on a ATV , July 3, 2004 ,while not wearing a helmet.

Born in Frederick on December 23, 1983 he was a son of Brenda Moser Hishmeh, Middletown and Gary Alan Lewis, Middletown. He was employed with Fitzgerald Auto Mall at the time of his accident; enjoyed working on his grandfather's farm and was an avid Redskin's fan. He accepted Christ in Locust Valley Bible Church, Middletown and was a member of International Community Church, Frederick.

Surviving, besides his mother and father, are:
his step-father - Fahed Anton Hishmeh - Middletown
2 sisters - Jordan D. Hishmeh and Jada Hishmeh - both of Middletown; 2 brothers - Hunter C. Lewis and Brock A. Lewis - both of Oakland; his maternal grandfather - Carroll Moser - Middletown. his uncles - David A. Moser, Steven W. Wolfe, David E. Wolfe, Terry L. Wolfe.

He was predeceased by his maternal grandmother Annabelle Moser; paternal grandparents - Lauren C. and Phyllis Lewis and uncle Jeff Moser.

The family will receive friends on Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM at the Donald B. Thompson Funeral Home, 31 E. Main St., Middletown. Funeral services will be held 11 AM on Saturday January 30 from the Harmony Church of the Brethren, 3924 Brethren Church Rd., Myersville. Rev. Jerry Price will officiate. Interment will be made in the Harmony Church of the Brethren Cemetery, Myersville.
