CHILLICOTHE, Mo.- Ollie Frances Hughes, 87, Chillicothe, died Thursday, Dec. 10, 1998, at a Chillicothe health-care center.

Mrs. Hughes worked at the Snow White Laundry in Chillicothe for 25 years.

Born March 25, 1911, in the state of Iowa, she lived all of her life in Livingston County, Mo. She was a member of the Zion Baptist Church, Chillicothe.

On Dec. 19, 1933, she married Lowell W. Hughes in Chillicothe, where he survives of the home.

Mrs. Hughes was preceded in death by two infant children; her parents, Charlie and Mabel (Krouse) Gibbons; a brother, and a sister.

Additional survivors: a son, Donald W., Jamesport, Mo.; a sister, Mary LeClaire, Omaha, Neb.; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and a great-great grandchild.

Services: Sunday, Lindley Funeral Home, Chillicothe, MO.
Burial: Brassfield Cemetery, Chillicothe, Mo.
