A devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, Mrs. Weissman was predeceased by her first husband, Dr. Morton Kessler, and her second husband, Joseph Bernard Weissman.

Services for Mrs. Weissman were conducted at Menorah Chapels in Millburn, NJ on December 9. Interment followed at Mt. Lebanon Cemetery, Iselin, NJ.

Mrs. Weissman is remembered as a generous, welcoming person who embraced her extended family as her own. Enthusiastic in all that she did, she loved to travel and possessed a keen passion for the arts; traits she passed on to her children and grandchildren. Mrs. Weissman enjoyed her visits to Portsmouth, particularly during foliage season. She was an ardent shopper, and loved browsing the city’s downtown shops. Her passing was with the same dignity and grace that she lived her life.
