Lori Ann Brown Williams, a native of Sunflower and resident of Rockville, made her earthly transition at her residence Jan. 22, 2016 surrounded by her family. Born March 16, 1964 to Clint Sr. and Aslean Sims Brown, she was 51 years of age. She attended Leroy High School and graduated from Corpus Christi High in Texas. She was a member of Mt. Olive No. 1 Baptist Church in Rockville, where she sang in the choir and served as a deaconess. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, and supporting them with there games and fishing.

Left to cherish her memories, her loving husband of 28 years, Archie Williams Sr. of Rockville; three devoted children, Latedra (Derrick) Taylor of Jackson, Archie (Kawana) Williams and Latia Brown, both of Rockville; five grandchildren; her loving parents, Aslean and Clint Brown Sr. of Sunflower; two sisters, Elnora (Ray) Hunt and Sherri (Eddie) Satterfield, both of Sunflower; seven brothers, Curtis (Minnie) Brown of Douglasville, Ga., Clent (Vickie) Brown Jr. of Rockville, Samuel Brown and Stephen (Donna) Brown Sr., both of Jackson, Willie (Carmella) Brown, Rodney Brown Sr. and Michael Brown, all of Sunflower; and a host of nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be Saturday, Jan. 29, 11 a.m., at Mt. Olive No. 1 Baptist Church in Rockville, with the Rev. Kevin Jackson, pastor, as officiating minister. Interment will follow in the Brown Cemetery in Sunflower.
