Harry Pickup, Jr. of Tampa, departed this life and received his Heavenly reward on January 27, 2016. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 67 years, Joella (Hall) Pickup; his daughter, Donna (Pickup) Finney; and his son, Martin Pickup. He is survived by his children, Harry W. Pickup, III, Randy Pickup and wife Betsy (Hutto) Pickup, David Pickup, son-in-law Mark Finney, and daughter-in-law Aimee Pickup; as well as 10 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; and a host of relatives and friends who loved him dearly. His life was spent as a true servant of the Lord and he will be greatly missed. He was a member of the Temple Terrace Church of Christ. His son, Martin was the minister of Valrico Church of Christ. In lieu of flowers it was his wish that you donate money to the Martin Pickup Endowed Scholarship at Florida College. ---Tampa Bay Times, Jan. 29, 2016
