Pt. Wentworth - Mrs. Mattie Kate Heller, 88, died Tuesday, April 23, 2002 at her residence. A native of Washington County, she was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church of Pt. Wentworth, where she was the oldest baptized member of 74 years. She was also a member of the Faithful Workers Sunday School Class and the W. M.U. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lafoy Heller and a son, Wayman Heller. Survivors include: a son ;a daughter; five grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Visitation: 6:00-9:00 p. m. Wednesday, April 24 at Riggs Funeral Home, Guyton. Funeral: 11:00 a. m. Thursday, April 25 at First Baptist Church of Pt. Wentworth. Burial: Forest Lawn.
