Gail Patterson Arnold, 64, of Jesup, Georgia died Tuesday, January 26, 2016 after an extended illness. The Wayne County, Georgia native was a member of O’Quinn Baptist Church and worked for many years as a Pharmacy Assistant. She enjoyed gardening, crafting, traveling and sharing with others. She was predeceased by her parents, Herman and Rudeen Surrency Patterson and her sister, Dicie Mae Patterson.
Survivors are her life companion, Kenneth Darling and his children, Kenny Jr. and Jeremy Darling all from Jesup; daughter, Katie Winkles of Lafayette; son, C. J. Arnold of Rome; sisters, Pat Raulerson of Blackshear, Sybil Strickland of Jesup and Vaughn Butler of Ocala, Florida; brother, Buck Patterson of Screven; grandchildren, Jackson, Gracie, Abbie, and Joe; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, January 29, 2016 at Rinehart and Sons Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Carl Ledbetter officiating. Interment will be in O’Quinn Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be family.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 prior to service at the funeral home.
