Clara Sullivan of Middleton, WI, passed away peacefully in her home on Friday, June 19, 2015. Clara was born to Anna and Carl Sanrope (a Norwegian-Bohemian farming family) near Hillsboro, WI on Aug. 7, 1920.
She made her way to Madison, WI during World War II, where she met her first husband, Don. She went to beauty school, eventually ran her own business and won state prizes for her hair designs. Clara lived a long life, full of grace, wit and love. She was constant and giving in her sweet way of nurturing her family and friends. We are very grateful for the wonderful care given to Clara by her caregivers, especially Cindy Lease and Tuya Magsar. Clara had a warm, radiant smile and loved all things beautiful.
