Jeff graduated from Magellan Charter School and Leesville High School. He attended Wake Tech. Jeff was always spreading love and happiness with his genuine smile, contagious laugh, and free spirit. He will always be remembered for the lasting positive impact he left on those who were lucky enough to know him. Jeff, you will never be forgotten, as your love lives on in each of us.
Jeff is survived by his parents, Scott and Sue Roach of Raleigh; brother, Greg Roach (fiancée, Ellie Lomasney) of Madison, WI; grandfathers, Samuel Prince of Raleigh, and Albert Roach of New Bern; uncles, Dennis Roach (Sarah Joyce) of Durham, and Allen Prince of Raleigh; aunt, Patricia Mills (Dan) of New Bern; and numerous cousins. Jeff is also survived by his dog, Fly.
The family will receive friends and guests at a memorial gathering on Wednesday, January 27, 2016 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Covenant Church, 12621 Strickland Rd., Raleigh. A private cremation was previously held.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that memorial contributions be made to the SPCA of Wake County or a charity of one's choice.
