Anna Wegele, daughter of Alexander and Anna Wegele, Married William Baus 3 Aug 1919 at Alexander, Kansas. They had 6 Children.

LA CROSSE — Anna Baus, 99, died Oct. 24,
1995, at Rush County Memorial Hospital, La Crosse.

She was born July 20, 1896, In Net Darllck,
Russia, the daughter of Alexander and Anna
Katharine Wegele Wegele.

A resident of the United States since 1900,
moving from Russia,

She was a homemaker.

She was a member of the First Lutheran
Church and W.E.L.C.A., both at La Crosse.

On Aug.. 3, 1919, she married William Baus
at Alexander. He died April 12, 1959.

Survivors include: three sons, Paul, Oklahoma
City, Okla., William E. Alexander, and
Raymond, Wichita; two daughters, Rosie M.
Usher, Chester, III., and Wilma Washallski,
McCracken; a sister, Amelia Finnin, Ness City;
16 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; and
two great-great- grandchildren.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday at First
Lutheran Church, La Crosse, with the Rev.
Evelyn Phillips presiding. Burial will be in
the Peace Lutheran Cemetery, rural Alexander.
Memorials may be sent to the church or to the
donor's choice, both in care of Janousek Funeral Home, La Crosse.the funeral home.
