Arthur Jackson Dead
Aged 39, a resident of Butte for the past 13 years, died yesterday after a long illness {of Tuberculosis.} He was a carpenter and before his illness he was employed by the Timber Butte Mill. He is survived by [four] children: [Rose], John, Mary Emily {Mollie}, and Kathryn Cecilia {Dollie}; five brothers, Charles V. and William B. of Butte; Albert in the British Army in France, T. E. Jackson with the British Forces in Palestine, and Alfred J. in Scotland; one sister, Mrs. {Florence} Spiers of Portland, Ore. The funeral will be held this afternoon at 2 o'clock from Richard's Chapel.
{He was preceded in death by his wife Catherine Lees Ward from childbirth in 1914.}
