Elizabeth Warren Langereis was the daughter of Samuel Warren and Nora Croker. According to death records, he estimated year of birth was 1881.
She was a soprano who performed on the concert platforms in the eastern United States. She was also a niece of Richard Croker of Tammany Hall fame.
At the time of her death, her address was 43 East 25 St. Apt. 15 W., in Manhattan and was a short distance from Madison Square Park.
NOTE: Death details entered under the name of Elizabeth Dieperink Langereio (sic). There is a possibility that at one time, the family surname was Dieperink-Langereis or Dieperink van (of) Langereis, but latter generations appear to have elected surname Langereis.
Note: Sister, Charlotte Catherine Warren Hewlett, (1859-1929) # 90243410. Charlotte's death details indicate that their father and mother, Samuel and Nora, were both born in Ireland, though this conflicts with some records. Certainly Nora's brother, Robert, immigrated from County Cork.
