She was born April 9, 1948 in Stockdale, Ohio, the daughter of the late Roscoe Koehler and Violet (Mattox) Koehler. On July 21, 1973, Sue was united in marriage to Adam Roy Miller who survives.
Also surviving are her two sons, Benjamin Isiah "Ben" Miller and wife Marci of Bend, Oregon and Nathaniel David "Nat" Miller and wife Nicole of Medford, Oregon, one grandson, Mason Parker Miller, a brother, William "Bill" Koehler and wife Betty of Bainbridge, Ohio, sister, Evelyn "Evy" Ruth Jenkins and husband John of Waverly, Ohio, sister-in-law, Linda Mahan of Springfield, Ohio, and many nieces and nephews.
Sue was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Peggy Webb, and sister-in-law, Patty McGhee.
She was a homemaker, worked as a beautician in her earlier years, and a laborer in factories for printing and manufacturing steel wool. She was also an employee for the Springfield Metropolitan Housing Authority and Retired as Deputy Clerk for the Pike County Clerk of Courts.
