Mrs. Minnie M. Hess, 94, of Allentown, died Monday in the Lehigh Valley Hospital Center. She was the widow of Thomas G. Hess. Born in Whitehall Township, she was a daughter of the late William H. and Amanda (Laubach) Haldeman. She was a member of Western Salisbury United Church of Christ, Allentown. Surviving are a daughter, Lottie Baatz of Allentown; two grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and a great-great grandchild. Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday (today) in the Bachman Funeral Home, 1030 Walnut St., Allentown. A calling hour will precede the services
