Warren C. Walker was born on Aug. 11, 1948, in Sumter, to the late Silas and Beatrice Cain Walker.
Warren graduated from Eastern High School and later furthered his studies at Sumter Area Technical College. He served his country and was honorably discharged from the United States Marine Corps.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Genetha Johnson-Walker; grandson, De'andra Simon; three brothers, Joseph Walker, Bryant Walker and William Walker; and a sister, Roberta Jackson.
Warren entered eternal rest on Monday, Jan. 18, 2016, at Palmetto Health Tuomey.
