GLORIA GREGORY NEAL GREENSBORO, 78, went to be with the lord on May 22, 2014 at Moses Cone Hospital. She was born July 31, 1935 and was a graduate of James Benson Dudley High School class of 1953. She retired from Bell South in 1991. A native of Greensboro, she was preceded in death by her parents Crawford Gregory and Annie Gregory Sumner, and brother Charles Gregory. She is survived by her husband of 59 years Raymond Neal, daughters Marva Neal and Monica Neal of Greensboro, sons Greg Neal (Valerie) and Randall Neal (Gwendolyn) of Greensboro, six grandchildren, sister Carrie Gregory Darden of Greensboro, and brother Arthur Sumner (Belinda) of Georgia. Funeral services will be held at Mt. Zion AME, 1422 Huffine Mill Road in Greensboro on Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at 1 p.m. with a viewing at 12:30. Hargett Funeral Home is in charge of final arrangements.
