Seth was the son of William Clarkson and Ada Adelia (Thomas) Frazier. He married Mamie L. Kivett in 1924 and they were the parents of one daughter: Mamie Lucille. He later married Gertrude Marion and the were the parents of two children: William Clark, Leila Marie, Lucille.

Grand Prairie, Texas - Funeral services for Seth Clark Frazier, 58, of 2025 Proctor, local car salesman, will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in the I. O. Turner Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Southland Memorial Park.
Mr. Frazier died here Friday. He was a member of the Baptist Church and an honorary deputy sheriff of Dallas County.
Survivors: wife; two daughters, Mrs. Lucille Britt of Sherman Oaks, Calif., and Mrs. Leila Holmes of Dallas, a son, William C. Frazier of the U.S. Navy; two sisters, Mrs. Dorothy Allen and Mrs. Beulah Harding of Glendora, Calif., a brother, James Frazier of Pasadena, Calif., and four grandchildren.
