Mrs. Bishop died at 6:50 p.m. Saturday at her home.
She was a self-employed caterer of "Catering by Shannon," and was a graduate of Reidland High School. She was a team leader and captain for Relay for Life and was a member of Gospel Mission Worship Center.
Surviving are her husband of 21 years, Carl H. Bishop III; two daughters, Wendy Bishop and Audrey Bishop, both of Reidland; her father, J.T. Johnson of Reidland; and one brother, Stephen Johnson of Louisville.
Mrs. Bishop was preceded in death by her mother, Lou Higgins Johnson.
