He is survived by his daughter, Mary K. Shelley (Ralph) Dubayah of University Park, MD; his 2 grandsons of Maryland and his brother, Donald Shelley of Macon, IL.
Services will be held in Decatur, IL. He will be buried next to his wife, Sue in Graceland Cemetery.
