Greta Brown, of Florence, formerly of Crestview Hills, passed away on Monday, January 18, 2016 at Elmcroft of Florence.
Greta was a member of Erlanger Methodist Church and a longtime member of the Erlanger Lions and Lioness Clubs where she received many local and international awards. Greta was also a Band Booster member for Lloyd High School.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Arvine Brown (2012); brothers, Kenneth Chambers, Ray Chambers, J.D. Chambers; sisters, Verna Batchelder, Amy Mikel and grandson, Jimmy Jasper (2013).
Survivors include her son, Robert (Ruth) Brown of Richmond; daughter, Juanita (Larry) Ray of Erlanger; grandchildren, Jennifer Jasper, Amy (Chris) Green and great-grandchildren, Brendon Jasper and Bennett Green.
Visitation is Thursday, January 21, 2016 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM with Service on Friday, January 22, 2016 at 9:30 AM all in the Ronald B. Jones Funeral Home, 316 Elm Street, Ludlow, KY 41016. Interment in Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Erlanger, KY.
