Frederick Eugene Ellis Sr was born on December 21, 1957 in Clarksville, Montgomery County, Tennessee, the son of William H Ellis and Lorine (Anderson) Ellis.

He was married to Suk H -- (1955–2014) and was the Lead Exercise Planner with the US Army in Japan. He was a US Air Force veteran, having served as part of the Tactical Air Combat Party (TACP).

Living at Camp Zama, Japan, Frederick was 58 years old when he passed away on January 5, 2016 at Sagamihara-Kanagawa, Japan.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, brothers William H Lisenbee, Parker L Anderson, Frank G Ellis and Aubrey D Ellis and by his sisters Francis M Cooke and Mona D PeeWee. Survivors included a son, two daughters, four Ellis brothers, three sisters and six grandchildren.

Funeral Services were held at Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Chapel, and burial was in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West in Hopkinsville with full Military Honors.
