Joseph T. "Coach" Zink, 75, formerly of Memphis, Tennessee, was born February 10, 1940, to Wilbur A. and Mary E. Zink in Memphis. He passed away at his home north of Hardy, Arkansas, Friday, November 20, 2015. He had worked as an insurance claims adjuster, recreational coach, and sports referee for many years. Joe was a member of Spring River Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his mother, two brothers, and one sister.

Survivors include his wife, Kay Zink of the home; his children, Jodi (Bob) Kendall of Arlington, Tennessee, and Chris (Amanda) Zink of Collierville, Tennessee; his father, Wilbur Zink; a brother, Mike Zink of Memphis; his sisters, Mary Alice Long of Warren, Michigan, and Nancy Everett of Dallas, Texas; grandchildren: Cory, Brianna, Glennon, Jack, and Bayli; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and good friends.

Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, November 23, in Tri-County Funeral Home Chapel at Highland.

Funeral services will begin at 11 a.m. Tuesday, November 24, at Spring River Baptist Church with Bro. Terry Linderman officiating.

Burial will follow in Bronaugh Cemetery located north of Hardy next to the church.

The family would like for donations to be made to the Bronaugh Cemetery Fund.

Arrangements are with Tri-County Funeral Home of Highland.
