Kimberly ‘Kim’ Kay Larson (nee: Fossum), age 54, passed away on January 17, 2016 of natural causes at her home in Hastings, MN. Kim was born on July 16, 1961 in Minneapolis, MN to Duane and Patricia Fossum.
Kim grew up in Lakeville, MN and spent a majority of her life living in Lake City, MN raising her two sons with then spouse, Brian Larson. She attended college at Southeast Technical College in Red Wing, MN where she obtained her accounting degree and spent her career operating her own accounting business while working for other local firms. Kim thoroughly enjoyed reading, listening to music, golfing, and boating.
Kim is survived by her children, Nathan (Michelle) Larson and Kyle (Leigh) Larson; grandchildren, Cedric and Felix; parents, Duane and Patricia Fossum; siblings, Kevin (Julie) Fossum, and Keith Fossum; as well as other loving family and friends. She is preceded in death by her sister Karen Perrizo.
Memorial Mass will be held at 11AM Friday, January 22, 2016 at All Saints Catholic Church (19795 Holyoke Ave) Lakeville. Memorial visitation will be one hour prior to the Mass at the church. Interment: All Saints Cemetery.
