Mrs. Billie Joyce Frazier, age 84 of Griffin, passed away on Sunday, January 17, 2016 at Brightmoor Nursing Center.
Mrs. Frazier was born in Albertville, Alabama on August 18, 1931. She is preceded in death by her parents, Mark and Pauline Hicks Whitmire; daughter, Lisa Frazier; sons, Randall Keith Frazier, David Frazier, and Mike Frazier; brothers, Doug, Rick, Darrel and Ed Whitmire; sister, Sue Godwin. She was a member of Apostolic Tabernacle of Jonesboro, GA.
Survivors include her husband, James Frazier; daughter and son-in-law Pam and Michael Carver; son, John Frazier; daughter-in-law, Darlene Frazier; grandchildren, Michelle Eales and husband, Chris, Tamara Lane and husband, Dean, Amanda Frix and her husband, Shane, Rebecca Buck and her husband, Brandon; great grandchildren, William Eales, Lauren Eales, Vivian Lane, Frances Lane, Austin Frix, Brittany Frix, Skyler Buck, Justin Buck; sister, Marcelle Calloway several nieces and nephews.
Visitation for Mrs. Billie Joyce Frazier will be on Wednesday, January 20, 2016 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm at Conner-Westbury Funeral Home. A funeral service will be conducted on Thursday, 21, 2016 at 11:00am at Apostolic Tabernacle of Jonesboro. Bishop Benny Cole and Pastor Talmadge French will officiate. Interment will follow in Sherwood Memorial Park.
