Nancy Ola Deloach, age 97, died peacefully on Sunday, December 20, 2015, at Glenvue Health and Rehabilitation, under the compassionate care of the Glenvue staff and Spanish Oaks Hospice.
She was born and raised in the Midway community of Tattnall County and returned to live at "Green Acres" for almost 40 years.

She was born April 5, 1918, to Sinie Waters and William Clanton Blocker. She was a sister to nine siblings. She was a 1937 graduate of Glennville High School. On August 1, 1937, she married Marcus Rudolph Deloach. They were married 57-1/2 years until Marcus's death in 1995. They were parents to a son and a set of twins, a boy and a girl. Their newborns' lives were very brief, but their hearts held a lifetime of overflowing love for all children everywhere. She was a lifelong member of Harmony United Methodist Church and a member of the Anchor Sunday School Class. She found fellowship and nurtured friendships in her local community. She was an active member of the Midway Home Demonstration Club.

She was preceded in death by her parents; twin brother, James Olan Blocker, and his wife, Lillie, and daughter, Linda; brother, Monroe Blocker, and his wife, Thelma, and their children, Bill and Anna; brother, Earl Blocker, and his wife, Joan; sister, Eula Deloach, and her husband, Curtis, and daughter, Claudia; sister, Ida Pearl Todd, and her husband, Talmadge; sister, Edna Lanier, and her husband, Oren, and son, Michael; and her brothers-in-law, Vondes Purvis and the Rev. Johnny Deas.
She is survived by sisters, Medra Blocker Purvis of Savannah and Emma Jean Deas of Springfield; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, December 22, at Harmony United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Ramon Hernandez and the Rev. Terry DeLoach officiating.
