She was the wife of the late Thomas J. Koch, who died in 1991. Born in Martin, Tenn. She was the daughter of Harry and Alice (Vaughn) Cornell. She was a retired supervisor for the State of Pennsylvania. She enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, and her dogs.
She is survived by several cousins inlaws, an many close friends.
