Clinton Hancel Henderson, better known as “Hank” Henderson, of Glen Allen, passed away Saturday, January 16, 2016, at his residence.

Mr. Henderson was the son of Quentin Fraysier Henderson and Adell Perry Henderson. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an uncle, Buford “Boose” Perry.

Hank was a resident of Glen Allen most of his life. He was a graduate of Hubbertville High School and was previously employed at Midwest Fence Co. in Chicago, IL. After coming home to Alabama in 1969, he was employed by Drummond Coal for 27 years until retirement. Hank was a loving Christian husband, father and grandfather. He was a faithful long time member of White’s Chapel Church of Christ. Hank enjoyed gardening, woodwork and restoring antique cars. He found his greatest enjoyment in woodwork projects for his family.

Funeral Services will be held Monday, January 18, 2016, at 2:00 PM at White’s Chapel Church of Christ. Visitation will be Monday 12 Noon – 2:00 PM at the church. Burial will follow in White’s Chapel Cemetery.
