Gary Leon McAllister, 52, of 1308 Lincoln St., died at 10:10 a.m. Thursday, July 1, 2004, at his residence.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church, with the Rev. Mark Friday and the Rev. Frank Noyes officiating. Burial will be in Glendale Memorial Gardens.
Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. today at Preston-Hanley Funeral Home, Pekin Chapel and also from 10 to 10:45 a.m. Saturday at the church.

Born April 19, 1952, in Peoria to Lawrence Alfred and Helen M. Croft McAllister, he married Donna G. Patterson May 25, 1974, in Pekin.
His father preceded him in death.
He was employed by Caterpillar Inc. since 1974, where he was the business manager of Corporate Information Services. He previously worked in customer service and as a training instructor.
He was a member of First Baptist Church, where he served as a Sunday school teacher, former trustee and board member.
He enjoyed fishing, traveling and computers.
