Connie Louise Murray of Meridian passed away at home with family by her side on January 12, 2016. Connie was born in Boise, Idaho on February 15, 1930. She married Earl Murray on May 19, 1947. Connie worked at Lucky Peak Tree Nursery from 1966-1992 when she retired. She then drove supply trucks for NIFC until well into her 70's, supporting wild fire relief. She is preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Earl, who passed away August 23, 1997. She is survived by their 6 children; Mike Murray (Phoenix, AZ), Curt Murray (Meridian, ID), Steve Murray (Boise, ID), Donna Carroll (Meridian, ID), Dianne Kelly (Boise, ID), Lori Ford (Nampa, ID), and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Friday, January 15th at 2pm at Alden-Waggoner Funeral Home, a small graveside service to follow at Dry Creek Cemetery.
