Sarah Ann McGraw, daughter of Clarence and Villie Howard, was born Oct. 17, 1958, in Oakville, NC. She graduated from Drexel University with an accounting degree, and worked as an accountant in Philadelphia for more than 25 years. Shortly after graduation, she married her childhood sweetheart, Michael McGraw, May 15, 1982.
For more than 25 years, Sarah had been an active member of Bethlehem Baptist Church.
On August 21, 2007, our heavenly father called Sarah McGraw and summoned her to his eternal home. Sarah leaves behind to cherish her memory, her husband, Michael; her parents, Clarence and Villie; her brother, Clarence; her sister, Jimmene; as well as many family members and friends.
The funeral service in her honor will be held Tuesday. The viewing will be from at Bethlehem Baptist Church, Spring House Worship Center, Penllyn Pike and Dager Road, Spring House. Interment will be in Whitemarsh Cemetery. Arrangements are by Bruce R. Hawkins Funeral Home, 6828 Old York Road, Philadelphia.
