Marcus Gerald “Jerry” Sullivan, Sr. was born November 15, 1938 in Galveston, Texas. He passed away peacefully January 11, 2016 at the age of 77 at Houston Hospice in Houston, TX. He was the son of the late, J. S. and Berta Sullivan of Texas City. Jerry was a lifetime resident of Texas City, a proud Air Force veteran and a loving family man and friend.
Preceded in death by stepson, Heath Morris.
Jerry is survived by loving wife, Judy; sister, Zenobia Martin; sons, Chris Sullivan and wife Annie (West)and Mark Sullivan; stepdaughters, Tracie Brown and husband Bobby (Brett and wife Cali, Jamie) and Danielle Beeson and husband Chris (James, Brandon, and Cassidy); three great-grandchildren as well as many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, January 23, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. with visitation beginning at 10:00 a.m. at Carnes Funeral Home, 3100 Gulf Freeway (exit 15), Texas City, TX 77591.
