Moses Wilson Jr. was born in Big Ben, LA on August 7, 1951 to the union of his parents Moses Wilson and Clidie Mae (Thomas) Wilson.
Moses Wilson was a graduate of Oakdale High school.
Mr. Wilson attended Saint Peter Missionary Baptist church where he served as usher for many years.
He was a press operator at Boise Cascade for 15 years. He enjoyed cooking, carpentry and spending time with his family.
Moses Wilson Jr., 64 passed away at his home surrounded by his family on January 14, 2016.
He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, Robert Thomas, Steve Wilson Sr., Edward Wilson Sr. and his sister Lily Mae Jackson.
Mr. Moses Wilson Jr. leaves to mourn his passing his loving wife Gertrude Wilson, three sons, Larry Brunson, Troy Dewayne Wilson, Moses Wilson II and daughter, Shanta Leann Wilson all of Oakdale. Two sisters, Louise Cazer of Oakdale and Jacqueline Watson of Parker Heights, TX. 10 grandchildren, two godchildren, Larry Charles Chevailer and Kathy S. Green and a host of other loving family and friends, Moses Wilson Jr. will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.
