Thursday, Feb. 2, 2012, at Stormont-
Vail Hospital ER.
He was born April 28, 1961, at Bemidji,
MN, the son of L. Peder and Karen L.
(Ostgard) Larson. He earned a Bachelor's
degree from Friends University and
served active duty in the U.S. Army.
Todd was employed by the U.S. Postal
Service. He was an active member of
Calvary Lutheran Church.
Todd was married to Rebecca R. Johannes
on Oct. 16, 1993, at Fort Riley, KS.
She survives of the home. Also surviving
are 4 children: Caleb (Lindy) Larson of
Thornton, CO, Danielle, Greg, and Johanna
Larson all of the home; his parents: Peder
and Karen Larson of Warren, MN; a brother:
Tim Larson of Titusville, FL; his sister:
Dee Dee (Lance) McFarland of Argyle, MN;
and nieces and nephews. Funeral services
were at 10:00 AM, Monday, Feb. 6, 2012,
at Calvary Lutheran Church, 4211 NW
Topeka Blvd., Topeka.
A Fort Riley U.S. Army Military Detail
conducted military honors at Mount Hope
Cemetery. Todd lied in state after 1:00
PM, Sunday, at Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price
Chapel, 245 NW Independence Ave.,
Topeka, where the family received friends
from 2:00 to 4:00 PM.
