Arthur R. Potosnak, 80, born in Harrisburg, PA, passed away January 14, 2016. Arthur graduated from Liberty High School, Bethlehem, PA in 1953, received his Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Moravian College in 1958, and earned his M.B.A. from Lehigh University in 1962. He proudly served in the U.S. Army at the Army Aviation Center at Ft. Rucker, Alabama from 1958 to 1960. He worked for PPL Corporation from 1961 until his retirement in 1993 and served in a number of managerial positions concluding his 32 year career as Manager of HR&D Administration. He was active in community service, as well as a lifetime member of the Knights of Columbus and a member of the Cathedral Church of St. Catharine of Siena. Following retirement, Arthur pursued his passions in travel, art, and photography. He studied painting at the Baum Art School under Dana Van Horn. Arthur was pleased to have won a number of awards for his watercolor and oil paintings and was a member of the Parkland Art League.

Survivors: He is survived by his wife of over 50 years, Alice A. (Farnschlader) Potosnak, who he married in 1961. He and Alice had four children, Arthur (d. 2002), Linda, Karen and husband Andrew, and Christine. He is survived by his three daughters, and two grandchildren, Alex and Sophie, and his brother Jerome Potosnak and wife Judy, and nieces and nephews. He was the son of the late Arthur J. Potosnak and Virginia M. (Tonkin) Potosnak.

Services: Viewing Tuesday, January 19, from 9:00-10:00am at Weber Funeral Home, 1619 W. Hamilton St., Allentown. Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30am, at the Cathedral Church of St. Catharine of Siena, 1825 W. Chew St., Allentown. Interment at Resurrection Cemetery, Allentown, to follow.
