Teresa Ann Troseth Watts, daughter, sister, wife, mother, treasured friend, teacher and mentor, was born July 23, 1967, to David A. and Patricia Ann Travis Troseth in Brigham City, Utah. After a short, but heroic battle with endometrial cancer, she left us on January 14, 2016.

She graduated from Bountiful High School in 1985, where she served as a Senior Class Officer and excelled in music, dance and theater. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Weber State University and her Master’s Degree in Education from the University of Phoenix.

Teresa married her high school sweetheart, Greg Watts, on April 14, 1989 in Salt Lake City. She loved being a mother to Zachary David, and Abigail Ann. She was looking forward to welcoming a new daughter to the family, Sarah Boucher.

She began her teaching career at Legacy Preparatory Academy in 2006 and left nine years later as an Assistant Academic Director to join the family business, Pat’s Dancewear.

She is survived by her husband of 27 years; her two children; her mom and dad; her sister, Shelley Byers (Keith); nieces: Savannah and Lorelai Byers; aunt, Linda Bown; and in-laws: Greg’s mother, Carol Watts, sisters Lisa Adair (Dean), Heidi Hadzima (David), brother Brad Watts (Angela); along with 10 nieces and nephews.

Teresa is preceded in death by her grandparents, Bob and Mary Travis, Odvar and Etta Troseth; and father-in-law, Ronald Watts.

She leaves behind many friends, family members, students and loved ones.

Her viewing will be held Sunday, January 17th from 5:00-8:00 pm at Lindquist’s Bountiful Mortuary, 727 N. 400 E. Bountiful, Utah. Funeral Services will be held Monday, January 18th at 11:00 a.m. at the Bountiful Orchard Stake Center, 3599 S. Orchard Drive, Bountiful, UT., with a viewing from 9:00-10:30 am prior to the service.

Interment, Bountiful City Cemetery.
