Brenda J. Carpenter, 75, of 227 Lehman Street, Lebanon died Tuesday, January 12, 2016 in the M.S. Hershey Medical Center.

Born in Cleona on November 29, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Mark J. Hipp and Bertha Shuey Glovan.

Surviving are three sons Brian and Gregory Carpenter of New Jersey, Michael Melhorn of Penna., three daughters Jodi wife of Marlin Zechman of Douglassville, Angela wife of Douglas Mohl of Lebanon, Tonya Kohr of Lebanon, five grandchildren Zachary Zechman, Matthew Mohl, Kiana Kohr, Karissa Zechman, and Tyana Foxhall, three brothers Ronald husband of Norma Hipp of Lebanon, Adam husband of Nancy Hipp of Orleans, Mass., Michael Hipp of Colorado Springs, CO, two sisters Patricia wife of Elwood Ludwick of Palmyra, and Linda Tyson of Lickdale.

She was preceded in death by a brother Larry Hipp.

Inurnment will be in Grand View Memorial Park.

Born in Cleona on November 29, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Mark J. Hipp and Bertha Shuey Glovan. She had worked in packaging for MSC, Jonestown.

Brenda enjoyed horseback riding, antiques, and spending time with her family and friends.

Surviving are three sons Brian and Gregory Carpenter of New Jersey, Michael Melhorn of Penna., three daughters Jodi wife of Marlin Zechman of Douglassville, Angela wife of Douglas Mohl of Lebanon, Tonya Kohr of Lebanon, five grandchildren Zachary Zechman, Matthew Mohl, Kiana Kohr, Karissa Zechman, and Tyana Foxhall, three brothers Ronald husband of Norma Hipp of Lebanon, Adam husband of Nancy Hipp of Orleans, Mass., Michael Hipp of Colorado Springs, CO, two sisters Patricia wife of Elwood Ludwick of Palmyra, and Linda Tyson of Lickdale. She was preceded in death by a brother Larry Hipp.

Memorial services will be held on Friday at 12:00 Noon at the Kreamer Funeral Home and Crematory, 618 E. Main Street, Annville. Inurnment will be in Grand View Memorial Park. A visitation will be held on Friday one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 1274, Lebanon, PA 17042 in her memory.
