Obituary for Pauline L. Van Wormer
Pauline L. Van Wormer, age 108, passed away at OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital on Tuesday, January 12, 2016.

Born January 11, 1908 in Wellington to Madison and Esther Adams, she graduated from North Ridgeville High School in 1927.

She grew up in North Ridgeville and moved to the dairy farm in Nova in 1956 and worked at North Ridgeville High School for 12 years as a secretary, several years at the Nova Elevator and continued to work on the family dairy farm.

Pauline attended the Ruggles Church and the Ladies Guild. She was also a member of the Ruggles Grange, Ashland County Pomona Grange and the Happy Hour Farm Women’s Club in Nova.
Survivors include nephews Gary (Catherine) Stolcals, Tom (Diane) Stolcals, Art (Diana) Stolcals, Russ (Lisa) Stolcals; niece Linda (Andy) Petrigac; great nephews Russell (Julie) Stolcals and Scott (Heather) Stolcals.

Pauline was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years Malcolm; daughter, Alice; sisters, Alberta and Gertrude Adams and nephew Gene B. George.

A visitation will be held on Friday, January 15, 2016 from 2 pm until the time of the service at 3 pm at Ruggles Church, 1364 US 224, New London, Ohio 44851 with Pastor Marty Daly officiating. Burial will follow in Ruggles Cemetery.
