Billy Joe Northcutt, age 81, of Columbiana, Alabama loved the navy. He served on the Bennington and the USS Yorktown aircraft carriers.
He was very good at fishing, painting and dancing. He painted Vulcan, Channel 13 Towers and the Golden Gate Bridge.
