Christine Marie Trapp, 44, of Janesville, died on Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2015, at Agrace Center for Hospice & Palliative Care.

She was born in Kenosha on June 16, 1971, the daughter of Joseph Ralph and Carolyn Sue (Newton) Yancey.

She was married to Robert M. Finnane (1992-1997), from which they had two daughters, Caitlin and Jessica. Chris and Bob remained close to the end.

Chris worked for Walgreens for 23 years, only leaving due to her declining health, was a life coach, and was a member of Wisconsin Illinois Paranormal Investigation team. She was very active all her life, loved and competed in volleyball, was an active supporter in human rights, and was outgoing in every aspect. She was the life of every gathering, fearless in her fights, and settled for nothing. Her absence is and forever will be felt by everyone who knew her.

Chris is survived by her husband, John E. Trapp; Ex-husband, Bob; two daughters, Caitie and Jessie Finnane; brother, Kevin (Carrie) Yancey; beloved dog, Baby; and her mothers cat, Cooper.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Eric Yancey; and aunt, Barb Zettler.
