Kevin L. Peters, 54, of Noblesville, passed away on Friday, Jan. 8, 2016, at his home.
He was born on Nov. 21, 1961, to Robert and Kay (Gibson) Peters in Indianapolis. His parents preceded him in death.
Kevin was an OSHA trainer and attended Ben Davis Christian Church in Indianapolis. He was an Eagle Scout, earned the Wood Badge and Silver Beaver Award, and was the Scout Master of Troop 208 in Anderson for 11 years.
He was a member of the National Speleological Society and enjoyed caving whenever he had the chance. He also enjoyed geocaching and watching Colts football.
He is survived by his wife, Constance Peters; stepson, Adam (Alicia) Howard; stepgrandchildren, Joshua, Evelyn, Daniel, brother, Tim (Julie) Peters; brother, Scott (Yvonne) Peters; sisters, Brenda (Rick) Tarquino, Stephanie (Duke) Cumbelich and Jennifer (Steve) Stoops; nephews, Joshua, Justin, Robert, Chase, Clay and Ashton; nieces, Holly, Krista, Megan, Gracie Kay and McKenna Leigh; five great-nephews; and three great-nieces.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Randall & Roberts Funeral Center, 1685 Westfield Road in Noblesville, with visitation beginning at 10 a.m. prior to the service. Jim Burks will officiate. Burial will be in Saunders Cemetery in Daleville.
