She was born in Dayton, Ohio on October 7, 1948 to Earnest and Kathryn (Smith) Melampy.
She was preceded in death by her father, Earnest J. Melampy, mother, Kathryn L. Melampy, husband, Hershel D. Lamb, 1 grandchild Joshua David Lamb II, sister, Tonya Wiley, and brother, Gregory Melampy.
Pamela is survived by her two sons, Jason Dean Lamb, Joshua David Lamb; two sisters, Patti Lamb, Tammi Melampy; and 10 grandchildren.
