Donna Lou Perkins, 67, of Rockville, Indiana died at 10:55 pm Monday, January 11, 2016 at Vermillion Convalescent Center in Clinton.

She retired from Albertson's Market in Brea, California.

She was born May 30, 1948 in Pueblo, Colorado to the late David Potter and Carol Blood Potter.

Survivors include her husband of 47 years, Jay E. Perkins whom she married November 30, 1968 in Upland, California; also one son, Zachary L. Perkins of Rockville; one sister, Debra Juarze of California; one brother, Michael (Donna) Jones of Northern California.

She was a graduate of Upland (CA) High School. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Rockville, Teamsters of California and was an active volunteer while her son attended Sacred Heart School in Rancho Cucamonga, California.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 am Saturday, January 16, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 217 E. Ohio Street, Rockville with Father Matthew Malek O.F.M. Conv. officiating. Burial will follow at Memory Garden Cemetery in Rockville. Visitation is from 10:00 am until time of services Saturday at the church. Care and arrangements entrusted to Gooch Funeral Home, Rockville.
